Wayki is a free service that you can use to create links to locations on a map so that you can easily share them with others.
Anytime you want to show someone where something is, you can use Wayki. Wayki also lets you do things like add your own content and pictures to the markers that you create.
The "Add Marker" menu lets you choose what type of marker to create. You can create a place, a photo gallery, or a message.
Wayki is designed to be fast and easy as possible, so no account creation is necessary. However, when you have an account you'll be able to keep track of your markers.
Having an account at Wayki gives you the ability to edit and delete your own markers, which you can't do when you post markers anonymously.
Wayki uses a marker system so that you'll only see a certain number of markers at each zoom level which makes Wayki faster when you're exploring the map. If you have an account, you can find your markers easily by logging in, clicking the "My Wayki" menu and selecting "My Markers". Otherwise you'll have to zoom in on the area manually and find your marker.
If you'd like to see a new feature, report a bug, or comment in any other way, please let us know by visiting the Wayki General Discussion Forum and leaving a message for us!
We'd love to hear your input on how we can make Wayki better.
